1. 如果你是选择城市污水又或者是工业废水，那么你在进行污泥药剂筛选时，取样要取污泥浓缩池中的废水，因为一般这种废水经过了之前很多道程序后各种浓度都很高。

2. 需要起混凝或者加速沉淀作用的时候，污水应当选择马上就要投加药剂是的废水。

3. 你在选择废水时一定要选择有意义的，如果你选择了沉淀上层的清水，那么此次取样就没有任何意义。要尽量选择下层的，这样就聚丙烯酰胺产品的选型会有帮助。

4. 不要在液体长时间沉淀后静止选择，在取样之前要对液体进行均匀搅拌，这样选出的才更具有参考价值。

4、配成的溶液不要用离心泵转移，以高速旋转的叶片造成聚合物的剪切降解，配制的具体方法如下：

在溶器（如实验的烧杯，工厂的配制罐）中加入一定量的清水，按清水量及浓度计算所需的粉状聚合物量，称出聚合物；

开启电动搅拌器，将清水搅拌出漩涡，搅拌器叶片未端的线速度不要超过8米秒，以免造成聚合物降解，但又不能太慢，以免聚合物颗粒浮在水面上，或在水中下沉、结团；

将聚合物缓缓撒入水的漩涡中，直到撒完。注意聚合物颗粒进入水里后不能性互相粘连、结团。然后再搅拌一段时间，使聚合物颗粒充分溶解，***成为均匀、透明、粘稠的溶液无肉眼可见的团块。

这段搅拌时间按下面方法确定：

3.聚合物溶液浓度的选择,我公司建议为0.1%到0.3%,即1升水中加1到3克聚合物粉剂。浓度选择要考虑如下因素:

配制罐小而每天用药量大,建议配的稍浓一些(如0.3%);

聚合物分子量很高时,建议配的稍稀一些(如0.1%);

聚合物溶液投到污水中,如因设备原因分散状况不太好时,建议配的稍稀一些。
